Can we get a CoVid-19 PCR at your facility?
Yes we do the CoVid-19 PCR and all the related tests (i.e. Antigen / Spike / Antibodies). We are licensed by the Ministry of Public Health to perform any PCR or Covid-19 testing.
Is your CoVid-19 PCR report accepted for traveling?
Our PCR Covid-19 report is accepted by all the airlines and airports since we are licensed by MoPH. Our report comes with a QR code and passport number as required by the Lebanese authorities.
What are the blood tests for which fasting is required?
How long should be the fasting period?
Usually it is required to stop eating and drinking 10-12 hours prior the blood test. Only one cup of water is tolerable.
Also note that the last meal before the fast should be light: no fried or fatty foods.
Are medication allowed before a test?
Usually no medication should be taken before the blood sampling; unless stated otherwise by your physician.
What are the steps to be taken if abnormal results show up in the final test report? Should they be repeated?
In case of abnormal results in the routine check up, we recommend you show them to your doctor. Each case is different and the treatment will be different. In some cases a slight change in the diet might be the solution but in other cases it requires a medical treatment. Repeating period can go from one week to 3 months depending on the abnormality and its severeness.
Does positive results in some cases (IDR - HIV - AgHBS - etc.) mean that I am sick?
Not necessarily. Here again each case is different and we recommend you meet with your treating physician prior judging. All positive infectious disease tests should be confirmed with another sampling and more advanced techniques in order to be given the final result therefore the adequate treatment.
Can you draw blood for a one-year old child?
Our professional team of phlebotomists is capable of blood sampling newborns without any problem.
Do I need to take an appointment for a blood test? Do you have a home service?
If you want to come to the laboratory you are welcomed any time within the opening hours.
We also have a free of charge home blood sampling service. All you need to do is call us 48-24hrs prior the required date.
Do you accept payments by card?
Yes we accept payments by cards:
- LBP & USD Fresh local cards: 6% fee applies.
- USD Fresh international cards: 8% fee applies.
Do you deal with all the insurances?

- Medical prescription signed and stamped by your doctor. Please respect the time validity of your prescription in order to avoid refusal from your third party payer.
- Valid Insurance card if any.
- Official identification document: ID, passport, residency permit, etc.
- If you have a NSSF or a co-NSSF insurance, your full name and full date of birth are required on the medical prescription - filled by your treating physician only!
